Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location. Delivery estimates will also be provided at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours of the email being sent.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship internationally. Please note that Fear Not Faith Apparel Co. is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Issues
Fear Not Faith Apparel Co. is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.
